We think that any useful perspective on health must embrace the entirety of a person's life. This would include our emotional, physical, spiritual and relational lives. Because we think that all of these areas of our lives are integrated and interconnected, we think that pursuit of health in any one of these areas is a valid expression of maturing and growing as Christians. We would stand against a gnostic perspective that would suggest that spiritual growth is the most important area of a person's life.

health and the bible

Although not exhaustive, we think the Bible, as the Word of God, is our manual for a healthy life. We think that in the Bible, God laid down principles for life that were/are eternally designed for our well being and health. As such, we think that God always stands on the side of that which is healthy or promotes health for humans, human relationships and the created order.
